I won’t be coming back; horrible customer service means that you lose a loyal patron. I checked in online, arrived at my designated time and then waited for half an hour, only to get passed by and put on the schedule for another 24 minutes of waiting simply because someone else didn’t get checked in properly (I think he was playing the manager). Either way, that’s a horrible way to treat a customer that has been waiting. I’ll be getting my hair cuts elsewhere from now on.

This place sucks. Online registration indicated there was no wait. When I walked in the wait was 10 minutes, no problem. After waiting for 15 minutes I look up and the wait is now 20 minutes. Either have an online registration that works or don't have one. I do not have the time to wait 35 minutes to get my haircut when I am told there is no wait. I will not go back.
