Went in for a cut and had a stylist I hadn’t used before. Apparently she didn’t pay attention at all when I told her what I wanted and what parts not to cut. Seemed like she was more worried about the kid that was getting his haircut across the isle from us then what she should have been doing. Before I knew what was going on she was already taking an inch or better off from where I told her not to cut. No sense in arguing it at that point! Lately I’ve been going to the Loveland store and they’ve been great. Should have just made the drive

Awesome haircuts and knowledgeable staff. I like the personal feel of it all because it makes you trust the stylists 100%. Never had a bad experience.
