We brought our twin boys in for their first haircut and Gracie did phenomenal with them! She was very quick and efficient and their hair cuts turned out great!

I won’t be coming back; horrible customer service means that you lose a loyal patron. I checked in online, arrived at my designated time and then waited for half an hour, only to get passed by and put on the schedule for another 24 minutes of waiting simply because someone else didn’t get checked in properly (I think he was playing the manager). Either way, that’s a horrible way to treat a customer that has been waiting. I’ll be getting my hair cuts elsewhere from now on.

Went in for a cut and had a stylist I hadn’t used before. Apparently she didn’t pay attention at all when I told her what I wanted and what parts not to cut. Seemed like she was more worried about the kid that was getting his haircut across the isle from us then what she should have been doing. Before I knew what was going on she was already taking an inch or better off from where I told her not to cut. No sense in arguing it at that point! Lately I’ve been going to the Loveland store and they’ve been great. Should have just made the drive

Went to Sport Clips to simply turn my neck block into a fade.........Halfway through this "process", my "stylist" called her boss over to ask her how to do what I requested.......HALFWAY F###### THROUGH!!!!..........she basically admitted to me WHILE CUTTING MY HAIR that she had no idea what she was doing......Just a little alarming........Turned out to be A LOT alarming........When she was "done", I looked like friar f###### tuck..........This "stylist" would have left me like this had not her manager come over to suggest some changes.........In the end, after the managers suggested "fix," I've never had such a terrible haircut or looked so f###### retarded. Not to mention.....something that should have taken 5 mintes took the better part of an hour. Sorry......didn't know Sport Clips was a f###### cosmology school. Thought these girls were supposed to know what they're doing. DO NOT GO HERE, or if you do, DEFINITELY ASK QUESTIONS. Think this girls name began with an M. BE F####### WARE.

Worst experience ever. Evidently a new stylist who didn't know what she was doing. Failed to put on the bid to begin with. Then started with the shears. Needed another stylist's help to try and repair the damage. to add insult to injury told me the Sr. Varsity discount was not available on the weekend as it always has been in the past. i do feel sorry for the stylist. Seems like she isn't ready to be put on the front line. I will be looking for a new shop for the future. Also, I tried to register so that I could check in online. Was never able to complete the process so I had to wait for an hour and a half! Very dissatisfied, especially since i have been going to this shop for a number of years.

On 1-2-19 I came to your store after searching what commercial I saw so thanks for Google I found it and it was you. So I checked in online easy just wished you could select a specific time was greated by one of your staff. Brittany did her first flat top and I think it was Shelly that helped her on some tips. I got the 27 dollar treatment it was good my hair was good next time a little bit shorter but the whole place and experience was wonderful.
